The Chrysalis Experiment Entrance Survey

The Chrysalis Experiment Entrance Survey

Q - What are your current writing habits?  Do you have any larger projects in the works?
A - I am currently working as a freelance writer for the Murfreesboro Pulse, and writing online for several different sites like eHow.com and answerbug.com. Personally, I blog on livejournal and have since 2002.

Q - Name three things you love about your own writing and three skills that you would like to work on this year.  Do you have a list of writing goals for 2011?
A - I love my ability to shock, to be subtle, and use imagery to suggest themes. I would like to work on telling a story in a more structured or thorough manner, in preparation for writing a novel in the future.

Q - What do you find inspiring?
A - Music, colors, vibrant lives, animals, weather, and stodgy folks who muscle on through drama any way, all inspire me.

Q - What sort of things do you currently do to improve your writing?
A - I have been focusing on my technical skills with my freelance work, and fostering creativity by blogging.

Q - Are you currently looking for a critique partner or beta readers?  If so, what qualities would you like in a critique partner or beta reader?
A - Not currently, but I will be in the future.
